Wand of Decay

This is a TBS game based on a hex grid

There are two kinds of enemies:

- Warrior – only attacks when near you. Takes 1 turn to prepare for attack

- Archer – attacks when an arrow can reach you by cells in grid. Takes 2 turns to prepare for attack, range is unlimited

You have two weapons in your hands: a "Decaying" stick and a "Blightful" one. Decaying stick will cause damage around the area of a cell that you cast decaying on. Blightful will restore that area to its previous state.

That's the whole description of the game I guess. It was made by 4 fellows in 4 days for a game jam.
